Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Will Medicare or my insurance pay for my lift chair rental?

We do not directly bill Medicare; however, we will provide you the adequate paper work to help support your claim. You may bill Medicare on your own behalf by filling out form CMS-1490S

2. Will I be charged sales tax?

Lift Chairs are not taxed, but delivery fees are subject to tax in Palm Beach County

3. What if something goes wrong with my lift chair?

We check and tests all seat lift chair rentals before they go out. We are confident that you won't have any problems, but if you do, we will repair the lift at no cost as soon as possible.

4. What is the shortest time I can rent a chair for?

At this time, we only offer monthly rentals.

5. What if I want to purchase my lift chair?

We sell both used & new lift chairs, in some cases we may setup a rent to own.
